Paul has been actively involved in the vendor side of library automation since 1979. Initially working for Geac Computers (Markham, Ontario) he installed the companies first MARC based system at the University of Maryland.

Paul is actively seeking business partners where his skills and geographic location can add value to library or research related software products.

Over the past several years he was employed by Sea Change Corporation as Vice President, Business Development. This division became an independent business known as Webclarity Software Inc. His division was responsible for several software products including BookWhere which is a Z39.50 client application developed for the MS Windows platform. More recently he launched the WebClarity Resource Gateway which is an HTTP/Z39.50 Web server product. Both of these products utilize the WebClarity Resource Registry, an innovative database of Z39.50 servers. More information is available at www.webclarity.info.
